A "tense" feeling: That time right before you look at a cast list for a play you auditioned for XP
A "thrilled" feeling: Eh... roller coasters.

An "out-of control" feeling: when I feel I can't communicate what I'm thinking no matter how hard I try :-/

hide- around children, when they're irrational express- when I'm afraid there'll be actual danger to myself or anyone else
